I'm reading Metacritic reviews from professionals on a game (not mine) and I see most the scores ranging from 80-100 and then a few sad scores as low as 60. What's your thoughts on such discrepancy?

Maybe the interesting question is whether professional reviews should be objective or subjective? Is it good for someone that dislikes X genre to be reviewing it for example? (BTW I'm not upset, just intellectually curious.)
